Lars has a background in leading positions as Head of Sales, Marketing manager and Managing Director primarily in technology-oriented company, with extensive experience in the development and implementation of strategies. This has included profitable growth, turn-arounds, internationalization and consolidation in an international environment.
He has successfully implemented methods and tools for sales management and sales support as well as optimized and developed sales organizations.
Lars is originally an engineer in electrical engineering and has also training in business management and an exam from a mini MBA at Probana Business School. His career began with technical sales and development /establishment of new markets in the ventilation industry.
After this, Lars was sales manager and then became marketing manager, at Ventilatorverken. In connection with that Ventilatorverken became Dantherm Filtration Lars took over as CEO of the Swedish operations. In this role Lars was included also in the Nordic Team and was president and head of global strategy group within the company group.
The work included acquisitions, integration of acquired units, greater rationalization / reorganization as well as the development of market organization. In 2010, the company was acquired by Nederman and Lars took over as sales manager.
2013-2015 has Lars held a role as Business Development Manager and the Nordic manager for the American company AAF, American Air Filter, which is owned by the Japanese company Daikin. This mission involved building up the company's operations in the Nordic region.
