During his career, Björn has gained experience from several different industry areas, eg 10 years of management positions in the airline SAS, 30 years of experience as HR Director and member of the company management in international groups in retail, transport & forwarding, industrial conglomerates, medical technology and automotive industry. In addition to the formal responsibility in the role of Human Resources Director, many special assignments have been carried out at Group level, such as company acquisitions, company sales, restructuring programs of production, establishment in new markets such as China and India, rationalization projects, and transformation activities.
With technology at the bottom, electrical engineer, the competencies have been broadened with behavioral science and economics. Throughout his career, Björn has worked in leadership roles and also worked in leadership development in various forms. Björn has a practical view of leadership and has always had as a guiding light to start from the reality that exists and have the purpose and goals of the business in focus for the measures that need to be implemented. Björn can especially participate and practically support company managements of the implementation in various types of transformations such as integration projects, rationalization / efficiency projects, company sales / acquisition projects and then specifically concerning the organizational and personnel areas.
