For more than 30 years, Patrik has been an international executive who has worked in various senior management positions with both start-up and multinational companies, in both B2B and FMCG environments, and more recently also in a governmental context.
His long experience as Managing Director have provided him with a strong commercial background, strategic sense, business process management and extensive leadership experience.
It comes natural to Patrik to grasp the big picture, create, and implement strategic plans, find creative solutions, and develop organisations which efficiently and effectively can achieve the targeted objectives.
The latest assignment involved a Senior Advisor-role within an International Government-to-Government project for transforming the Healthcare system in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Among many tasks, the assignment involved mapping out and develop Project Management Offices, related to the Ministry of Health in KSA, in partnership with Skåne Care AB. Additionally, he was the acting Director Culture, Communications & Change Management at the Health Holding Company in Riyadh, KSA.
During his time at Elopak AB, an international supplier of paper-based packaging solutions for liquid food, he worked as Managing Director for the Swedish market and Director of Business Development & New Markets on a global level, (eg. Egypt, Iran and U.A.E.).
Previously, he also worked for PZ Cussons International which is a 150-year-old Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company with leading brands in mainly England, Poland, Greece, Africa, Australia and Asia. Patrik was based at the Headquarter in Manchester, England and was a member of the Operational Board reporting to the PLC. He was also a board member in a Joint Venture with Haier (China), the largest White Goods manufacturer in the world.
One of his longest work experiences has been within the B2B industry with several international assignments e.g., Managing Director for Tetra Pak at various international locations (Middle East, Europe and Africa). During those years, the focus was mainly on building strong, winning organisations with the aim to aggressively accelerate the development of markets and customer relationships.
